PIPA's 7th Annual Conference

This year we have moved away from our traditional dates at the beginning of July, and will run conference a week later - so please note the new dates in your diary.
The Beaumont Estate is located 3 miles from Windsor and 8 miles from Heathrow. It is a superb venue set in 40 acres of landscaped grounds. http://www.beaumont-estate-windsor.co.uk/.
Booking
Bookings can be made via the PIPA website, PIPA Conference 2012 Booking Page. As in previous years, to book your accommodation you will need to contact the Beaumont Estate directly, mentioning that you are part of the PIPA conference. We have reserved a limited number of rooms at a preferential rate but once these have been booked, we cannot guarantee price or availability. Any rooms not booked by 13th May will be released back to the hotel. This is earlier than in previous years due to an increased demand for accommodation in the area due to the Olympics. Therefore book early to secure your place.

Motivational Speaker
This year's guest motivational speaker will be Marc Woods.
Marc had his left leg amputated because of cancer when he was just seventeen years old. He had been a county swimmer before the diagnosis and the day after he had his stitches out he went swimming again. Within a year he was swimming quicker with one leg than he did when he had two. He then went on to represent Great Britain and win a staggering 12 Paralympic medals from 5 Games, 4 of those medals being gold. Marc also won a further 21 medals from European and World Championships.

Social
We will be taking you back to the 1920s. Dress is black tie for those who prefer not to wear fancy dress. Grab a feather boa and beads to arrive as your favourite flapper girl. For the guys don't forget that gangster hat! We promise a "roaring" fun evening event for all. Those who sign up for conference will be given the password to enter the speakeasy bar.
